Meet Us!
Here at ECC, we are characterized by three things: we are New, we are Different, and we are Fun!
We are a new community of faith in the Everett area that is committed to meeting the needs of people in our community in Jesus' name. Our church has never existed elswhere before, neither here nor abroad; Everett is our home.
We are different because each one of us has been created uniquely and gifted differently by God. We value diversity and the distinctiveness of every individual.
We are fun-loving and free to enjoy all things that have been created by Father God. Our faith is our "license" to enjoy life, as long as anything we do does not go against the teaching of Scripture and our conscience.
Most people today feel lonely because our world has alienated and marginalized them based on thier race, color, or physical appearance. Our Church is not like the world, we are different!
We are totally committed to loving all kinds of people regardless of thier race, color, or gender.
We are fully convinced that our faith is useless, fake, and pretentious if we fail on this one issue: genuinely loving God and people.
We truly believe that we can be agents of change in our lost and decaying culture. The gospel i.e. God's good news to mankind concerning salvation from sin and suffering is the solution to the murders, rapings, shootings, and the prevalent crime that we see every day.
Our battle is not with politicians or with the government, but with Satan, an angry and determined foe, who must be stopped by the proclamation of gospel truth. As a church we are determined and well-equipped to win the battle for God's kingdom.
